Mind Missing Matter ..... Facts ... of... Life

Economic turmoil, housing crisis, Subprime mortgage issues, Terrorist Threats, Black on black violence, Crime rates of major cities, Ecoli outbreak, West Nile Virus, Homeland Security, Small pox threats, TB outbreaks, Aids pandemeic, Teenage Pregnancy, Child Obesity, false prophecies, Unfair treatment of individuals by Authorites, unfair trials, Stock market and the FED, The Patriot ACT, and more .... Kind of sounds like the news headlines right. I call it frustration. I am totally for sharing the news ... but this campaign of fear is getting totally out of hand. I can not understand how everything in the world is so bad and humans beings are no longer safe working ... walking.... drinking or eating.... well is it truth or just more of the same. I tend to subscribe to the field of thought that it is just more of the same. How can we ever successfully have a nice calm relaxing afternoon with the thought of a terrorist attack ... could happen at any time you know ... especially since they raise the terror alert level with the drop of a pin...... Its the order of things I guess

I am really not sure what to expect from day to day ... but who is..... ? Well it must be those who have no TV, no electriciy and live off the earth in isolation ... (stress free lifestyle) .... I only know that we are fully capable of overcomming the campaign of fear... but its hard especially if you become a victim of something ... like stereotyping .... profiling ... etc. When are we going to say I am fed up with being treated any way they want ..... its almost as if we like being treated in such ways :-( well we don't .... but its almost funny how frustrating it is that it is a fact of life that sometimes it is where you are that means the most ... not where you are going and not even where you are from. I am not trying to pull anyone into any specific train of thought, I just want people to understand that we are only as strong as the knowledge we obtain on our own and pass down to our younger generations ...... We MUST SAVE THEM WITH KNOWLEDGE. I am attempting to do such on a daily basis but again it is frustrating when the media outlets glorify that which we should be fighting to destroy. WE NEED TO START AT HOME. 'Now that is a revelation' well maybe not.... but we need to start close to home ... there is so much ... too much work to be done in our neighborhoods. Belive me these problems are not just limited to the inner city, they are everywhere .... from the suburbs to capitol hill. Hopefully, I will be able to contain this frustration. But for now ...... I am only one of many that has to work to save a generation that the elders seem to have forgotten exists .... or refuse to manage to think about until election time, or until one of theirs is affected by the mess thatwas left behind when we began to integrate...
